Founded by Eshal Amin, with Mariam Pallah as co-founder, Rickshaw Hospital runs on volunteer doctors, medical students, and a small crew who show up, camp after camp.
Eshal Amin
Eshal's interest in healthcare access began while shadowing a neurosurgeon, where she saw how many patients had to say no to surgery they needed simply because they couldn't afford it. She also saw families travel a full day from their villages just to reach a hospital in the city, only to face a consultation fee they couldn't pay. That experience made clear how big this problem really was.

Eshal and Mariam manage the logistics behind every camp: choosing the site, finding the doctors, buying the medicines and equipment, and arranging everything on the ground, alongside helping distribute medicines on the day. Dr. Raja and Dr. Mohammed handle diagnosing patients and prescribing medication, while Airas and Musa help with distributing the medicines.
